The popularity of the event has resulted in numbers always exceeding the availability of commercial accommodation in Taupo.

To meet the accommodation needs for the event we have access to a large number of holiday homes and private houses/rooms available for the weekend of the event. Our accommodation service is free of charge. When accommodation is found the arrangements must be made directly between the provider and the recipient.

We stress that our service does not handle requests for commercial accommodation (hotels, motels, backpackers etc.), nor is the service intended to serve the needs of other events in Taupo. For any of these please contact Taupo Information Centre on 07 376 0027.
