Ingredients:
¼ cup of Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch oats
1/2 banana
1 x serve of protein powder
4 dates
1 x tablespoon of peanut butter (or your nut butter of choice)
1 x handful of ice
1 x tablespoon of Greek yoghurt (or your yoghurt of choice)
Splash of milk (of your choice)
Method:
Simply blend together and drink!
