Join us for a Facebook Live 7pm on Tues 30 May with guests, pro cyclist & head coach James Oram, event ambassador Ian Jones, owner of Ventouro Coaching Tim Gudsell & nutrition advice expert Tom Shand.

It protects you if you can’t make the event for the likes of injury, illness, or public authorities issuing a travel warning for the day of the event, or the day prior.
